The HospitaliTea House is ideal for intimate gatherings and celebrations. Whether you're planning a formal dinner or a more casual, social affair, our flexible layout and cozy ambiance provide the perfect setting.

We offer weekly and monthly contracts for long term use (classes, church groups, corporate meetings, etc.) please contact us for more information.

Standard Amenities

We provide full setup of tables and chairs, with a variety of configurations available to suit your event—whether you're planning a seated dinner, cocktail-style reception, or relaxed lounge setting. Our team will work closely with you to determine the ideal layout for your needs.

Pricing Information

We offer flexible, hourly rentals with a variety of setup options to accommodate your unique event.

Rental Rates

  • Friday / Saturday / Sunday: $250 per hour
  • Monday – Thursday: $150 per hour
  • 2-hour minimum reservation

Please Note

  • All reservations must include time for setup and cleanup
  • Additional time can be added based on availability
  • 50% reservation deposit required. Deposits are non-refundable. Should your event be postponed or cancelled, deposit can be applied to a future reservation without penalty.
  • Balance is due on the day of the event.
  • A fully refundable $250 security deposit is required for all events. Deposit will be returned within 48 hours of event.
  • Pricing is subject to PA Philadelphia 8% Sales & Use Tax.

Important Information

All event guests will receive a 15% discount on same-day purchases in the Home Works store.

The Space

  • The HospitaliTea House can accommodate up to 24 people for a sit-down event and 30 people for mingle type event.
  • Events must conclude by 8pm as we have residential neighbors. Please note event can end at 8pm and clean up time can happen after 8pm.
  • The HospitaliTea House comes “as is”, but we’re happy to make changes to suit your needs during your reserved event timeframe. All setup time, event time, and cleanup time must be included in the total reservation window.
  • Assistance is provided to remove Home works merchandise and furniture if needed. Event organizers are responsible for setting up decorations and/or party supplies. Most events require 0.5 – 2 hours for setup and 0.5-2 hours for cleanup. If you’re unsure how much time is needed, please reach out to discuss!

Food & Drink

  • Bring your own food, drinks, catering, etc. We also have a list of preferred catering vendors that can be provided.
  • If you plan to have alcohol served during your event we require that you use our in house bartender.
