Meet Kelsey!
Kelsey gained notoriety in 2016 when her and her team, CrossFit Parallax, secured second place in the East Regional, earning them a coveted spot in the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games. Their rookie debut saw them shine with a remarkable 19th-place finish among 40 formidable teams. The following year, Kelsey ventured into individual competition, claiming a remarkable 10th place at the South Regional.
Her quest for excellence led her to Boston in 2017, where she trained with Invictus Boston. The culmination of their efforts was a resounding victory at the East Regional in 2018, leading them to compete at the CrossFit Games in 2018 and 2019.
In 2020, Kelsey's prowess led her to a remarkable 5th-place finish at the Strength in Depth Sanctional in London, securing her first-ever individual CrossFit Games invitation.
Because of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kelsey had to postpone her invitation to participate in bobsledding as a member of Team USA. However, in 2022, she returned to the world of CrossFit and joined a team from CrossFit OBA. At the CrossFit Games that year, she competed with her team, securing an 11th-place finish. Encouraged by her performance, Kelsey rejoined a similar team in 2023 and achieved an impressive 8th place globally. Now, she is setting her sights on the individual CrossFit Games for the 2024 season.

Boho Beautiful
Bohemian interior design is a captivating and free-spirited approach to decorating that celebrates individuality, creativity, and an eclectic mix of influences. Rooted in the Bohemian lifestyle of artists, musicians, and wanderers, this style defies traditional design rules and embraces a world of color, patterns, and cultural diversity. Here's a brief description of Bohemian interior design:
Bohemian Aesthetic: Bohemian design is all about an effortless and unstructured look. It thrives on the idea of mixing and matching elements from different cultures, eras, and styles, creating a rich tapestry of textures, colors, and patterns.
Color Palette: Bohemian interiors are known for their vibrant and rich color palettes. Earthy tones, deep jewel colors, and bold shades are often combined to create a visually stimulating environment. These colors infuse energy and warmth into the space.
Natural Elements: The Bohemian style embraces nature. Wooden furniture, wicker accents, and an abundance of houseplants bring the outdoors inside. Natural materials, like jute and bamboo, add texture to the decor.
Global Influences: This style borrows from various cultures and places around the world. You'll find Moroccan lanterns, Indian tapestries, Turkish kilims, and more, all seamlessly integrated into the design.
Furniture: Bohemian interiors feature a mix of vintage and contemporary pieces. Comfort is key, with low-slung seating like floor cushions and overstuffed sofas. The furniture often exhibits a well-worn, lived-in appearance.
